The Great Synchronization

About

We’re W31rd Squared. Not a nonprofit. Not a political organization. Not a guru brand. Just two people who believe ordinary humans can still do extraordinary things together.

James

James

I’m a builder who lives somewhere between working-class reality and deep curiosity. I’ve always been wired for change, but not for the sake of optics—I just like the daily practice of getting "less wrong" and staying honest when things get complicated. I make things because the process keeps me grounded. I’m a fan of art with a pulse and ideas that can survive a bit of friction. I try to stay disciplined but playful, aiming my stubbornness at getting things done rather than letting the mess of the world get to me.

The Great Synchronization started as a simple question: How do we get the world to unite together, even for just one moment?

Naketa

Naketa

Naketa is the kind of person who thinks in systems, community, and continuity. She’s the one who kept saying, “Okay, but what happens after?”

A shared calendar, shared projects, and a shared space where people can find each other without needing a “leader” is part of how we keep this human.

What we believe

Peace is a practice.

Unity doesn’t require sameness. People can disagree and still connect.

Agency matters. Nobody needs us to create change. We’re here to remind, not control.

Small actions scale. Five minutes is a gateway drug to cooperation.

What this is (and isn’t)

This is

A global moment of collective intention, built to be accessible and non-exclusive. A spark. A signal. A reminder.

This isn’t

A requirement to believe anything supernatural. A political campaign. A “join my group” funnel.

After March 21

We want to make space for people to connect and collaborate in their own ways. Think: a commons, not a hierarchy.
